AI Readiness Assessment
A structured review of your data, processes, systems, people and governance, scored against what AI needs to work in practice.
I help organizations decide what to adopt, choose the right systems and get their people and data ready, so technology investments pay off instead of stalling.
AI depends on clean, connected data, and that data lives in your ERP. I advise on both, so your systems and your AI plans support each other.
From the first assessment to a working pilot, with your team trained to use it.
Independent advice before, during and after you choose, with no vendor attached.
Most AI projects stall because they start with the tool instead of the problem. We start with your processes, your data and the decisions you want to improve.

I have spent more than 15 years turning business strategy into working systems in Jordan and the UAE, across investment, manufacturing, retail, contracting and government. I have led ERP programs from business case and vendor selection through to go-live, on Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle JD Edwards and SAP Business One, both as an IT leader inside organizations and as a consultant with a Microsoft Solutions Partner.
Alongside ERP, I bring design thinking, project governance and a security-first mindset, backed by a master's degree in information and network security. Today my focus is AI and MLOps, and helping organizations adopt them safely and with measurable results.
As an independent advisor, you work with me directly on every engagement, and my advice has no vendor attached to it.
Tell me about your business and what you want to achieve with AI or your systems, and we'll agree on a sensible first step.
